Creating a Provider:
Step 1:
Click on the cog icon in the top right-hand corner of the Portal screen to access the Maintenance Panel:
Step 2:
Once you have accessed the Maintenance Panel, select the option for 'Providers':
Step 3:
Once you have accessed the Providers page, click on the option to 'Add New':
Step 4:
Next, fill out the details of the Provider to create their Provider record:
Step 1:
To add Provider Contacts, click on the 'Contacts' tab under the new Provider record:
Step 2:
Next, click on the option for 'New Contact':
Step 3:
Then fill out the details for the Provider Contact:
