Step 1:
Once you are logged into the Centology Portal, select the document icon near the top right-hand side of the Portal screen:
Step 2:
Once you have clicked the folder icon, you will be redirected to your Secure Document Library. Here you can see the folders associated with your Centology Portal record. Select the 'Upload Files' button to upload documents to a respective folder:
Once you select 'Upload Files,' you will get a pop-up box that asks if you want to share your upload with your Financial Adviser:
Please select 'Yes'.
The Adviser Administrators and Advisers monitor the document uploads and have access to all the available folders. However, if you choose 'No' for the option, your document will be uploaded to the 'Client Personal Files' folder.
Step 3:
Once you select 'Yes' you will need to choose the folder to which you want to upload your document. If you are unsure of the folder, please click on the 'Other' Folder:
Once you have chosen a folder, click on the 'Upload' button:

Step 4:
Once you select 'Upload', a pop-up window will appear where you can navigate through your files and upload the intended document and/or image.
Step 5:
After your file has been uploaded, you will be redirected to your folders area. If you want to check whether your document has been uploaded correctly, click into the folder where you have uploaded the file. You will see that the file has been uploaded as it will be highlighted in blue:
