Uploading Documents to The Centology Portal

Step 1:

Open the Navigation Bar and click on 'Clients', then from the dropdown menu, select 'Private Clients': 


Step 2:

This will take you to the 'Private Clients' page. Here you can search for clients by their name and/or email address:


To sign in as the client and view their Private Client record, click on the piggy-bank icon in the 'Links' section to the left-hand side of the screen: 


Alternatively, you can also use the 'Sign in' button to the right-hand side of the screen:


Step 3:

Once you have accessed the Private Client's Portal record, select the document icon near the top right-hand side of the Portal screen:

Step 4:

Once you have clicked the document icon, you will be redirected to the client's Secure Document Library. Here you can see the folders associated with their Centology Portal record. Select the 'Upload Files' button to upload documents to a respective folder:


Step 5:

Next you will need to choose the folder to which you want to upload a document to. If you are unsure of the folder to use, please choose the 'Other' folder:


Once you have chosen a folder, click on the 'Upload' button:


Step 6:

Once you select 'Upload', a pop-up will appear where you can navigate through your files and upload the intended document and/or image.

Step 7:

After your file has been uploaded, you will be redirected to your folders area. If you want to check whether your document has been uploaded correctly, click into the folder where you have uploaded the file. You will see that the file has been uploaded as it will be highlighted in blue:
