Please note that the following view/guide is intended for Adviser Administrator users only. Clients will be greeted with a different view of the Centology Portal when they log-in.
The Centology Portal features a Navigation Bar on the left-hand side of the screen, to allow you to easily navigate around the different areas of the Portal. To open up the Navigation Bar, click on the expand icon next to the Centology logo:
Once you have opened up the Navigation Bar, the below options will be displayed:
Clicking on 'Clients', will produce a dropdown menu where you can select from the following options:
Private Clients - This will open the the Private Clients page, where you can view and modify your clients records and sign in as them through the 'Sign in' button or the piggy-bank icon.

Activation - On the Activation page, you can also view your list of clients. However, this page is specifically for activating clients so that they can log-in to access the Centology Portal.

Generate Form - Clicking on this option will redirect you to the page where you can create a new form for a client.
For more information on how to generate a form, please read: Creating a Centology FormClicking on 'Documents' will allow you access to the Centology Document Library:
Here you can explore your client's individual document libraries. You can also upload documents into client's specific Document Folders.

Clicking on the 'Dashboard' section will open the Centology Dashboard section, by clicking on the Dashboard name in the top left-hand corner of the Portal screen will produce a dropdown menu showing you the list of Dashboards which you have access to:
The Dashboards which you have access to will vary depending on the user, but each Dashboard can be useful in providing at-a-glance views of key client data metrics and other relevant data points within an organization or system.
Clicking on the cog icon in the top right-hand corner of the Portal screen will open up the Maintenance Panel:
Within the Maintenance Panel, there are various areas where you can update a range of entities or records in Centology which influences the Centology CRM system, ATRs, securities, plans and the fundamental data that informs the front end of Centology. Clicking on any of these options will direct you to the respective page where you can make the necessary updates.
Clicking the bell icon in the top right-hand corner of the Portal screen will open a pop up where you can view your unread or all time notifications:
For Adviser Administrators, the Centology Portal notifies you every time one of your clients submits a Published form:
All new notifications are accompanied by an email to your registered inbox. The Portal checks for any new notifications every 20 minutes and follows up with an email indicating how many notifications you have received in that 20-minute period. Once you log-in to the Portal, the system marks those notifications as read, and no further email notifications will be sent until another notification is raised.
Clicking on the message icon in the top right-hand corner of the Portal screen will direct you to the Centology Chatroom area:
The Centology Chatroom area allows Clients, Advisers, and Adviser Administrators to easily communicate with one another in a safe and secure manner, as well as exchange forms and documents.

Clicking the blue icon containing your initial in the top right-hand corner of the Portal screen will generate a dropdown menu with the following options:
Here you can reset your password and change your profile to a Private Client, Adviser, Admin, or Adviser Administrator, depending on which specific user roles you have in the Centology Portal.
The 'Log Out' option will simply sign you out of Centology and take you back to the log-in screen.
