Centology Portal - Private Clients Page

Upon logging into the Portal, Administrators and Adviser Administrators will be greeted with the 'Private Clients' page. This will display a list of all of your clients:

The Private Clients page has filters to help you to alphabetically sort clients in either ascending or descending order. If the arrow is pointing up on the filter, it is in A-Z order; if it's pointing down, it's in Z-A order:

As default, the Private Clients page will show 10 client records. However, you can adjust the number of clients visible on this page using the page view functionality found in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen:

Within the Private Clients page, you can search for clients through the search bar via first name, last name, or email address. Press the 'Enter' key on your keyboard, or click on the 'Save Search' button to search for a specific client:

A 'Links' section can be found to the left-hand side of the client record, each of the icons in the Links section has a unique function:

The eye icon will take you to the Private Client's CRM record.
Here, you can edit and update the client's personal information, such as Date of Birth, Nationality, and their Address:

Additionally, you can also access and update the client's Plans, Assets, Liabilities, Income and Expenditure.
