Submitting Forms on Behalf of Clients

In some cases, it may be beneficial for Advisers and Adviser Administrators to sign and submit forms on behalf of a client if a physical form has already been signed.

Step 1:

Open the Navigation Bar and click on 'Clients', then from the dropdown menu, select 'Private Clients': 


Step 2:

This will take you to the 'Private Clients' page. Here you can search for clients by their name and/or email address:


To sign in as the client and view their Private Client record, click on the piggy-bank icon in the 'Links' section to the left-hand side of the screen: 


Alternatively, you can also use the 'Sign in' button to the right-hand side of the screen:


Step 3:

Signing in as the client will take you to their 'Plans' page by default. The 'Forms' page can be found using the Navigation Bar on the left-hand side of the screen:


Once you have located the form, click on the pencil icon to edit the form:


Step 4:

Once all mandatory fields have been completed on the form, you will be able type or draw a signature and submit the form:
