Signing in on Behalf of a Private Client

Step 1:

Open the Navigation Bar and click on 'Clients', then from the dropdown menu, select 'Private Clients': 


Step 2:

This will take you to the 'Private Clients' page. Here you can search for clients by their name and/or email address:


To sign in as the client and view their Private Client record, click on the piggy-bank icon in the 'Links' section to the left-hand side of the screen: 


Alternatively, you can also use the 'Sign in' button to the right-hand side of the screen:


Step 3:

Once you are signed in as the client you will be able to view their Portal record, see the value of their plans, view transactions, upload documents, and edit and sign any forms that have been generated through the Centology Portal:
