Once your clients have been onboarded onto the Centology Portal they will need to be activated in order to access the features and benefits of the Centology Portal.
Activating a client on the Centology Portal will send a temporary password to their registered email address. The client can then use the first log-in link to set up their log-in and access their client Portal record using the temporary credentials provided.
Activating Clients on The Centology Portal:
Step 1:
Click on 'Clients', then from the dropdown menu, select 'Activation':
Step 2:
This will take you to the Activation page. Here you can search for clients by their name and/or email address, and activate their Centology Portal record:
The Activation page will only show clients who have not been activated on the Centology Portal, to change this, amend or remove the filter on the 'Active Column':
To activate the client, click on the dropdown menu to the right-hand side, and select the option to 'Activate Client':
Once a client has been activated on the Centology Portal, they will receive an email from: notifications@centology.io
Step 3:
You can activate multiple clients at once by selecting the tick box in the Links section to the left of the clients name, and then clicking the 'Activate selected' button:
Deactivating Clients on The Centology Portal:
Step 1:
Click on 'Clients', then from the dropdown menu, select 'Private Clients':
Step 2:
This will take you to the Private Clients page. Here you can search for clients by their name and/or email address, and deactivate their Centology Portal record:
To deactivate the client, click on the 'On' button under the 'Active' column menu so that it shows as 'Off'.
