Centology Portal - Common Log-in Queries

As the Centology Portal is hosted on the Microsoft Azure platform, it benefits from Microsoft's high levels of platform security. However, this can lead to confusion with clients when logging onto the Centology Portal. 


Occasionally, when logging into the Centology Portal, clients have received an error message that reads: 'State from your request did not match with application state. This may be a sign of malicious attack. We recommend you to contact your portal admins.' 

This error message appears when a user has bookmarked a link to the Portal after entering their log-in credentials. The bookmarked link will contain a session token that will have been previously used, causing the Portal to think that a user is trying to access the Portal using an expired session token, and will produce the error message. 

To avoid this issue, we would recommend bookmarking a link to the Portal prior to entering your log-in credentials:
 https://myportal.centology.io/
