Centology Portal Log-in

Info
Please only use the below guide after you have set up your own password for log-in. For more information on how to set up your own password for log-in, please read: First Time Log-in to The Centology Portal

Step 1:

You can log-in to the Centology Portal by visiting the following link:

https://myportal.centology.io/

This link will bring you to the sign in page:

Enter your email address and current password, then click 'Sign In'.

Step 2:

Once you select ‘Sign In’, the next step is to authenticate your log-in via a text message or phone call:

If you choose 'Send Code,' you will receive a 6-digit code via text message to your registered phone number. Once this code has been received, and entered and the option to 'Verify Code' selected, you will be granted access to your Portal record.

Alternatively, if you opt for the 'Call Me' option, Microsoft will make an automated phone call to the registered phone number. You will be prompted to press the pound key (#) on your phone's keypad. If your phone doesn't have a pound key, you can use the hash key (#) instead. Pressing the correct key verifies the sign-in attempt and will grant you access to your Portal record:
