Updating Client Records on The Centology Portal
Step 1:
Open the Navigation Bar and click on 'Clients', then from the dropdown menu, select 'Private Clients':
Step 2:
This will take you to the 'Private Clients' page. Here you can search for clients by their name and/or email address:
To edit their Private Client record, click on the eye icon in the 'Links' section to the left-hand side of the screen:


Step 3:
Once you have accessed the Private Client's record, click on the 'Edit' button to edit, update, or add new data to their Private Client record:
The tabs at the top of the 'Private Client Details' screen show the areas of a Private Client's record that can be updated:
Once you have made your updates, click the 'Update' button at the bottom of the page to save your changes:
